Magneti Marelli is looking for a Quality Methods and Labs Technician within Tangier Plant in Morocco.
The candidate will report directly to the Quality Methods and Labs Coordinator, and will be in charge of the following activities:
•Respect of planning and escalating the non conformities.
•Issue proper reports with test results and proposals for solutions
•Analyze the warranty returns according to established rules and procedures, and keep updated the related Data Base
•Execute reliability analyses based on tests results to investigate or prevent warranty issues
•Train the plant staff in failure analysis methodology
•Ensure toolkit and testing devices adequate maintenance by keeping an effective communication with Quality shop floor collaborators.
•Support in solving problems using tooling
•Participate in meeting quality standards throughout the plant;
•Participate and support in the implementation of plans of action;
•Participate in compliance with quality standards throughout the plant;
•Prompt and effective response in the application for work in the laboratory;
•Laboratory testing required product, by the Customer and Internal Control Plan;
•Participate in performing PPAP (validation tests);
•Participate in APQP (at all stages);

Magneti Marelli is looking for a Senior Machine Leader within Tangier Plant in Morocco.
The candidate will be in charge of the following activities
•To maintain the basic condition of the machineries;
•Setting of the working parameters of machineries/equipment in accordance with technical dept;
•Monitor OEE and promote action to guarantee the achievement of the target values;
•Restore robot programs or machines in case of micro-stoppage;
•Substitution of parts of consumable equipment/tools;
•to maintain the Visual Management tools.
•to alert the supervisors in case of achieving scrap
•to support QC and PD pillar in analyzing and solving quality issues coming from the human errors (management of TWTTP, HERCA);
•to manage the scraps inside the Dominio according to the Internal Quality Procedures (proper identification and segregation of the faulty parts …) and coordinate with the Quality Dept. any eventual activities of material sorting and rework;
•to check and maintain the effectiveness of the poka yoke, error proofing devices and masterpieces.
