Senior Supply Chain Analyst

We are hiring for our wiring plant in Kenitra an experienced Supply Analyst in order to ensure the continuity of supply with availability of raw material, no stoppage of production & customers at minimum cost. He should also meet the inventory target without deviation and ensure the customers MRD of different prototype phases FORD and Jaguar at meet.

Your missions:

• Manage and control the team to ensure the supply of materials that match the assigned suppliers that are required for manufacturing according to the logistics manager’s guidelines.
• Ensure standard levels of quality and service in supplier deliveries as well as costs consistent with the company’s goals for continuous improvement.
• Ensure that the supply of materials from the supplier (s) assigned by the logistics manager is in accordance with the needs of the manufacturer, the deadlines and the specifications.
• Ensure that the necessary follow-up and steps are taken to ensure the time required to receive the equipment from the assigned supplier (s) in such a way that any possible failure to prevent any failure towards the customers.
• Assure the management and analysis of the stocks of the materials of the supplier (s) assigned.
• Carry out the necessary simulation and analysis in order to anticipate in advance the « stock outs or the creation of surplus materials of the supplier (s) assigned (s) in collaboration with the planning manager and adopt the measures necessary corrective measures.
• Ensure a good interface with the quality department for the batches of the rejected equipment and take the appropriate steps for their solution.
• Ensure compliance with the commitment signed or agreed by the purchasing department with the supplier (s) assigned with respect to procurement, and report any discrepancies.
• To review the inventory states with the reports with the MP sleepers and propose the appropriate solutions.
• Ensure the realization of rotating inventories.

To be successful for this role:

• Experience within an automotive wiring harness Industry ( Minimum 5 Years, is a must)
• have a manager and leader profile
• Demonstrated expertise of negotiation techniques as well as computer tools and logistics management software.
• knowledge of the market, products and prices; notions of customs regulations and quality assurance procedures as well as relational skills.
• Adaptability and Flexibility

• Responsible to develop new process;
• Defines and prepares investment studies and times for new projects
• Insures capitalization and transversalization of lessons learned
• Follows homologation of equipments and auxiliary
• During post-launch phases looks for continuous improvement and manufacturing support
• Assures training of production team on equipments
• Follows and assures outsourced tasks, assembly or tooling.
• Follow and uses internal tools and process( LPMP, Profile …)

• Create the testing software for the in-house tester development.
• Debug & implement the software changes for the running equipments if needed.
• Defines test software and hardware standards.
• Follows homologation of test equipment and auxiliary.
• During post-launch phases looks for continuous improvement reducing pseudo-failures.
• Assures training of production team on test equipment,
• Distributes within team tasks to assure test equipment evolutions following product modifications.
• Specifies new equipment and/or tooling and reviews offers completeness According to specs.
• Works with purchasing for supplier selection and prices reduction,
• Works with manufacturing plant improving quality, cost and productivity
• Keeps updated and looks for technology evolution at equipment and component level.
