Senior Data Scientist
- You have a strong degree (MSc/Ph.D. or equivalent) in Computer Science, data science, statistics/mathematics or other quantitative fields.
- You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience, including use of analytical, statistical and machine learning techniques to real world problems
- You have a comprehensive knowledge and in-depth hands-on of machine learning techniques.
- You have a strong programming ability in Python/R and High proficiency working with relational databases
- You are comfortable with big data technologies (e.g. Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, Elasticsearch …)
- You have a fluent command of English and French languages (both verbal and written).
- You have a taste for challenge, team work and business outcome focus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in putting machine learning and preprocessing pipelines into production.
- Practical experience working on mining/industrial projects.
- Experience working in agile teams.
Senior UX/UI Designer
- You have a Bachelor/Master degree (or equivalent qualification) in Graphic design, Human Computer Design, Interface Design…
- You have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a product, UX, interaction or visual designer.
- You have a strong & diverse design portfolio that showcase your experience in designing and building quality digital products & experiences.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You have an excellent knowledge of design tools such as (but not limited to) Sketch, Invision, Principle, Framer, Zeplin and Adobe Creative Suite.
- You give and welcome honest, constructive and thoughtful feedback.
- You have a mindset for both user-centric, detailed-focused and micro-interactive UI as well as design systems and consistent, reusable design patterns.
- You communicate your ideas to different audiences, clearly and persuasively, with confidence and understanding of design process.
- You are flexible to work with different multi-disciplinary teams on different projects.
- You’re comfortable with sharing your ideas and opinion, balanced with a collaborative attitude toward your team and deep empathy for users.
- You have a fluent command of English and French languages (both verbal and written).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary agile team.
- Experience designing Enterprise digital products (B2B).
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Bootstrap, Javascript, GIT…
- Experience and using Design Systems.
- Basic motion-design skills.
