We are hiring for Rabat Plant a CI Coordinator able to improve the outcomes of manufacturing and develop strong operational excellence strategy. Support the executive team to increase the processes efficiencies, optimize costs and increase customer satisfaction.
Your missions:
- Develop consistent Value Stream Maps (VSMs) at assigned site.
- Partner with all site leaders from executive, middle, and associate level teams.
- Ensure a consistent site project pipeline
- Work closely with the CI global team to ensure Lean, Six Sigma and Best Practices (LSS & BP) compliance and implementation.
- Identify and work to remove barriers that slow or prevent the successful attainment of LSS & BP across the site enterprise.

Les missions :
- Manage, analyze, and control, material flow in the plant (warehouse/line production), with the aim to optimize the flow, stock accuracy level for RM and sub-assemblies.

- collaborate for HSE in logistic premises
- Audit the administrative and material flow in the reception for productive and non-productive materials

EHS Engineer
The EHS Engineer will foster a culture of proactivity, accountability, engagement and sustainability through robust programs and processes with the primary goal of reducing work accident and environmental impact. He will plan, implement, and coordinate safety programs, requiring application of engineering principles and technology, to prevent or correct unsafe environmental working conditions.
Main missions:

- Participer au lancement des nouveaux projets (ou des changements ingénierie) en définissant le process de coupe adéquate.
