Program Manager

Vous avez un diplôme de Technicien Spécialisé / Technicien en formation technique.

Quality Customer Engineer
As a Quality Customer Engineer, you will:
1. Be in daily contact with the customer.
2. Be responsible for transferring customer requirements to internal processes.
3. Be in daily contact with resident engineers.
4. Solve complaints, controls the 8D process, action plans, and monitors their performance. He/she uses quality tools and VPRS.
5. Cooperate with exchange auditors on creation and approval of visual samples.
6. Monitor the development and quality results and assures that the quality of the products follows to the customer’s requirements.
7. In case of non-compliance which can endanger customer satisfaction, he/she has the right / obligation to stop production.
8. Methodically control functional verification of parts and products and evaluates their capability.
10. Collaborate with the launch engineers when introducing new projects into production.
11. Plan and organize product audit (annual examinations). In the case of unsatisfactory results, he/she requires an action plan.
Manufacturing Launch Engineer

Manufacturing Industrial Engineer
As a Manufacturing Industrial Engineer, your responsabilities will be:
– Perform standardization of work in entrusted centers for worker and directorial activities.
– Produce the ramping curves and the equilibrium of the Yamazumi assembly lines.
– Ensure time measurement by Analysis Methods by MOST (Basic and Maxi).
– Designing austerity measures on NM and increasing work efficiency.
– Collaborate on BWS budget creation, VN according to reports.
– Processing of backgrounds, analyzes and data for the presentation of the results of the PI Center
– Perform measurement, norms for time and performance.
– Cooperate on introducing new products in terms of material flows and ergonomics.
– Create so-called lean workplace according to the Lean layout method for the correct arrangement of workplaces and supplies.
– Process and design layout by PFEP method for placement of finished production.
– Collaborate on optimization inter-operational supplies and material flow, MIN and MAX processing.
– Create daytime snapshots, momentary observations, DL load, IL.
– Collaborate in creating production flow maps, application of lean production principles.
– Apply and implement lean tools in operation (5S, Kanban, VSM, RVN ..).
– Remove wasting elements of 7W – unnecessary manipulation, supplies, overproduction, waiting.
– Collaborate with specialist departments to prepare investment projects related to the organization of lines and the improvement of production processes.
HR Generalist Leader
As an HR Generalist Leader, your responsabilities will be:
– Monitor transportation service by following the performance of the transportation company, organization, controlling and optimization of the planning, controlling the bills and ensuring transportation audits.

8. Negotiate long term contract with service suppliers with the best conditions for Varroc

Program Buyer
As a Program Buyer, your responsabilities will be:
– Provide RFQ package to Commodity purchasing for all new parts according to latest valid project BOM.
– Verify free capacities for C/O parts at supplier.
– Lead sourcing board and give due dates to commodity buyers including target prices. Escalate delays within RFQ phase.
– Lead supplier program kick-off meetings with High-impact suppliers.
– Lead High impact assessment according to internal guideline.
– Make supplier evaluation every 3 months.
– Negotiate piece price after design changes and level of tooling investments.
– Release tool orders for design changes and initial tool investments too.
– Release purchase orders for samples according to project requirements.
– Request supplier Tool progress report and check tool readiness with Tool coordinator support. Manage tool audits at supplier.

Injection Leader
As an Injection Leader, your responsabilities will be:
– Cooperation on developing and updating technological PFMEAs.
