We are hiring for Rabat Engineering Center a Thermal Simulation engineer, in the Mechanical Department.
Missions:
Development of 1-D and 3-D simulation methods for thermal validation of automotive electronic products in close cooperation with mechanical design and hardware engineers.
- Use simulation Ansys Icepak for analysis and design of products
- Competences in fluid mechanics, heat transfer and CFD simulation tools
- Thermal analysis of electronic products at system level
- Thermal analysis of printed circuit boards at tracks routing level (Joule heating)
- Fluid dynamic analysis of cold plates and forced convection systems
- Evaluate and optimize thermal solution requirements of electronic products
- Familiar with Quality tools (DFMEA, 8D reports, …) as for starting a new design or for maintaining the current through the modifications.
- Provide indications to laboratory for design validations.
- Ownership, development, maintenance and release of technical documentation
- Daily cross functional work with teams and peers in Spain, Germany and US
- Participation and collaboration with project team
- Participation and collaboration with Global Electro-Mechanical design areas.
- Selection and definition of the suitable materials and technology based on the technical requirements and in consideration of the costs
Profile:
- Mastrer Degree/Bac+5 Mechanical engineer with Thermal Backround
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Electronics backgroud
- Fluent English and French
Financial Analyst
Working for a large automotive multinational company and based in the Electronic plant in Rabat (Technopolis), we are looking for a Finance Analyst to support the financial team to achieve common economic objectives of the plant, performing different controls and analysis (Overhead, Capex, Inventory), within deadlines in compliance with Sox and internal procedures.
Your missions:
- Elaborate the annual budget and monthly forecast. Additionally, make the corresponding walks to analyze the variances regarding the previous statements.
- Build up the Gross profit report of the parts that are sold, in a weekly basic, and analyze the variances.
- Improves financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends and recommending actions to management.
- Prepare and evaluate the profitability of the project approbation request, and ensure them approbation in the adequate level.
- Insure daily operational report and improve data quality.
- Insure Sales & GOGS monthly reconciliation.
- Insure the monthly follow-up of overheads.
- Takes the responsibility for keeping selves, co-workers, and equipment free of hazards.
- Participates on saving energy and proposes suggestions to control it.

Quality Manufacturing Engineer
The Quality Manufacturing Engineer provides a variety of services, Quality planning, inspection, audit, quality information, quality improvement consulting, and quality communications are examples of the kind of services, is a key element whose role ensure good change implementation and keep all quality KPI’s on target.
Your missions:
- Ensure the execution of the control plan / quality
- Utilizing problem solving skills to find root causes of problems that occur on assembly lines
- Developing and maintaining quality standards
- Utilizing quality feedback and metrics to implement process improvements
- Assessing existing assembly processes and suggesting opportunities for improvement, using tools such as PFMEA, gauge R&R studies, Statistical Process Control and process capability studies
- Management of quality team controllers and technicians.
- Check whether the displayed quality instructions correspond to the workstation and that the visual aids are in good condition
To be successful for this role:
- Experience within an automotive wiring Industry ( Minimum 2 Years, is a must)
- Expertise in process quality core tools like APQP & PPAP,PFMEA , MSA,PPAP…
- Knowledge of Quality Management systems including ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949, IATF 16949 (standards),140001….
- Demonstrated expertise in problem solving tools : ISHIKAWA, 8D, 5WHY, PARETO…..
- Ability to work in a high-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization.

Product Engineer
We are hiring for Kenitra Wiring Plant a Product engineer to liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure effective two-way communication, design and manage the product document, ensure data accuracy and drawing before official distribution and improve continuously the product activity.
Your missions:
· Coordinate and optimize the resources of the product engineering area to achieve the objectives set.
· Ensure the approval of new materials, the realization of samples, the standardization of materials, Processes and specifications …
· Coordinate the use of manufacturing technical documentation (cable plans, components, customer standards, international standards) from creation to archiving or final destruction.
· Plan, organize, direct and control product engineering activities as well as product development.
· approvals, productivity and the launch of new products and new changes.
· Track manufacturing stations and modifications as well as planning and producing prototypes,
· samples, spares and the beginning of the series.
· Establish the systems of standardization, logic and optimization of the work of his zone (Product analysis, development of ranges, BOM, time A.P.D ….).
· Collaborate with other areas of engineering departments, other departments and other units of the Company.
· Ensure the realization of the projects for which he is responsible.
· Give support and help to his team in carrying out the tasks that fall under their responsibilities.
· Ensure the application of company standards and policies in the area for which he is responsible.
