This is a fantastic opportunity to join Lear Corporation, a Fortune 200 US company in Morocco as one of our country recruiters. Due to continued growth, the company is looking to have a new recruiter to manage the hiring across several sites in Morocco. Your role will be to drive the recruitment strategy and deliver on critical hires and talent pipeline needs across our 13 sites.

You will be a proven talent acquisition specialist today with previous experience of working within an industrial, engineering or automotive environment or you will be working in an agency, wanting to make a step in-house.

Your core responsibilities will be:

  • Managing the end to end recruitment cycle from defining role requirements, identifying recruitment channels, screening, interviewing and assessing candidates, monitoring pipelines through to negotiation and candidate acceptance
  • Providing the senior management team and hiring managers with expert knowledge in recruitment in order to meet all hiring & talent pipeline targets
  • Providing creative sourcing solutions for the company’s hiring needs
  • Ensuring candidates receive a positive and consistent experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed university degree in business administration, human resources or similar
  • Previous in-house recruitment experience gained within an industrial/automotive/manufacturing background or background from an agency
  • Hands-on approach to recruitment with experience of using a wide variety of direct sourcing methods (e.g. headhunting, social networking, job boards)
  • Fluency in English, French
