Dans le cadre de son développement, Super Auto Distribution est à la recherche d’un Ingénieur Qualité, Issu d’une école d’ingénieur comme (ENSAM / EMI /ENSEM) avec un minimum d’expérience dans un poste similaire idéalement dans une grande Concession Automobile, pour la mission suivante :
– Formaliser, mettre en œuvre et contrôler l’application des procédures de gestion du Groupe.
– Assurer l’interface entre les équipes métier et la maîtrise d’œuvre chargée de la réalisation des projets.
– Aider les collaborateurs à définir leurs besoins, consigner les spécifications fonctionnelles et rédiger le cahier des charges.
– Audit et contrôle de l’application des procédures, des règles de gestion et des normes constructeurs (atelier, magasin, processus garantie..)
– Modélisation et optimisation des processus;
– Rédaction des livrables et formalisation des résultats attendus ;…

Marketing Specialist
PURPOSE OF FUNCTION
To establish the IKEA Brand as the preferred choice in home furnishing products and solutions that create a better everyday life for the many people, thereby reaching the IKEA business objectives.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Marketing Specialist Job purpose is to:
- Be a strong contributor to the store team and the marketing team in particular
- Be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of all marketing campaigns and events
- Coordinate with agencies to facilitate the scheduling and trafficking of workflow in and out of the marketing department for all campaigns, events and PR activities
- Support the Marketing Manager in evaluating and reporting competitor activities
- IKEA catalogue local coordination and management with Service office Catalogue Specialist
- IKEA website and other online local maintenance and coordination with the Service Office Web Specialist
- Implement and maintain IKEA Family local activities in coordination with Service Office Specialist
ASSIGNMENT
Coordination with the Agency
- Supporting the Marketing Manager on the day to day coordination with the agencies and the rest of the commercial team
- Day to day management of the third parties quotations and invoices
- Support the Marketing Manager for the smooth-running of the media production process, with particular responsibility for the accurate setting of copy, design and artwork
- Supporting in copywriting and/or proofreading of all marketing communications
- Ensure that campaign related service level agreements with third party firms are executed as per assigned budget and plans
Catalogue
- Coordinate the IKEA catalogue production process at a local level in conjunction with the Catalogue Specialist in the Service Office
- Coordinate catalogue local distribution with vendors as per plan
- Online
- Ensure the implementation of the local adaptations to IKEA website in coordination with Web Specialist in Service office and Store Marketing Manager
- Maintenance of the local sections of the IKEA Website
- Daily maintenance of Social Media and communication with fans at a local level in coordination with Service office online specialist
Competitors
- Updating results and producing weekly competitor media review through agency
- Monitor competitor activities and report on it every month to management in coordination with marketing manager
- Campaigns
- Work with marketing manager to plan and execute campaign calendar
- Implement multiple campaigns and events across diverse channels to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget
- Coordinate with the Marketing Manager the day-to-day delivery of all marketing campaigns and events
Other Tasks
- Assist in translation, copywriting and/or proofreading of all marketing
- Carry out any work entrusted by the line managers
- Contributes to the development and implementation of the Departmental Action Plan
- Actively stays informed about Store and department priorities and other relevant information
- Communicating with Store Operations to ensure correct implementation of activities
- Implements and follows up together with the Marketing Manager the Store activities in line with the Commercial Calendar, Departmental Action Plans and the activities at local level
- Supports MM to coordinate Peak Day activities according to the Peak Calendar
- Supports the Marketing Manager to coordinate with Sales, Com&In, Logistic, HR, Finance and Customer Service to optimize the Marketing & Internal Communication activities
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Master or Bachelor degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail
- Agency experience (Preferred)
- Strong communication, Visual and interpersonal skills
- Fluent French, English and Arabic
- Have worked through the whole marketing mix
- Willing to work long hours if required to meet deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure
- Being able and willing to travel when required
