Tasks :
– Plan, organize and manage the export according to schedule and priorities.
– Optimize the transport budget and ensure compliance with regulations and costums formalities.
– Analyse the production schedule and propose action plans “adjustments” in order to satisfy customers needs.
– Administrative processing of customers invoices.
Requirements :
– Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
– Strong networking and prospecting abilities.
– Ability to diagnose problems and find solutions.
– Knowledge of Incoterms, international transport and export procedures.
– Mastery of stock management and transport software.
– Good level in English.
Profil :
– Master’s degree in logistics, marketing, international business or equivalent.
