Missions détaillées A- Réalise la conception des pièces de son périmètre Conçoit les pièces Construit les numérisations, les met à jour et les archive dans le système d’information dédié Assure la convergence technique Définit les éléments de liaison Participe à la réalisation des AMDEC produit et produit/process sur sa conception et prend en compte leurs conclusions B- Assure le suivi documentaire produit des pièces de son périmètre Participe à la construction du dossier de conception Gère la maquette numérique Prépare les demandes de dossiers d’évolution Réalise et met à jour les plans produit (et annotations 3D) et les archive dans le système d’information dédié C- Valide la faisabilité produit/process de sa conception Transpose les contraintes produit/process décidées lors des revues de conception (géométrie, process, architecture…) D-Contribue aux objectifs qualité et cout Propose des idées visant à améliorer la qualité des pièces de son périmètre et à réduire le prix de revient de fabrication Construit dans l’outil LUP les plans d’actions pour les questions dont il est pilote de solution E- Capitalise Sur la base de son retour d’expérience issu des projets et/ou de la vie série, participe au processus de capitalisation visant à améliorer en continu les standards et règles de conception

Profil recherché
D’une formation bac+2/3 en DUT/BTS Genie indus/ mecanique, vous justifiez d’au moins 2 ans d’expérience, dans le secteur industriel, notamment avec un passage en bureau d’étude , Disposant d’une réelle capacité d’adaptation, de travail en quipe, rigueur, n’hésiter pas à nous communiquer votre candidature rapidement.

University degree Bachelor of Science (BSc+) in electronics/instrumentation & control/electro mechanics/ computer science with related experience within the Industrial Automation & IT or a related field (Equivalent education and work experience may be substituted) Post Graduate degree in IT Industrial Networking.
Requires at least 5 years of experience in network or Automation or IT communications Administration, Design and Testing in a medium to large organization
Must have at least 5 years of project handling/coordination experience Proven ability to establish and maintain automation infrastructure and process documentation (functional requirements, test cases, wiring diagrams etc.etc.)
Automation & IT Infrastructure, International Standards and Local Regulations basic Knowledge (mainly IEC Standards / CE directives).
Familiarity with Port Equipment/Processes or moving machinery or is a plus. Knowledge in simulation and emulation platforms (e.g. Matlab) and related output documentation is a plus.

Familiar with Virtual solution/Infrastructure, Server Virtualization and Desktop Virtualization, Cloud computing.
Must have thorough understanding of information security.
Requires demonstrated knowledge of Automation related hardware and software systems.
Requires demonstrated ability and knowledge to troubleshoot a wide variety of Automation and Control infrastructure, network and communication problems as they arise in the workplace.
Have a general understanding of database and application servers architectures including: SQL, Oracle, JAVA, Web Servers & Services … and their use within automation & control systems area.
Must have the ability to logically solve problems of relatively high complexity.
Must be multi-task oriented with proven ability to execute several activities simultaneously.
Must be proactive with the ability to anticipate internal client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Rattaché (e) au Directeur Technique, vos principales missions : Le contrôle de l’état et des paramètres des différents équipements ; La maintenance préventive et curative des différentes installations de production ; L’interface avec les fournisseurs et le contrôle de l’avancement des travaux ; L’établissement, le suivi et l’optimisation des budgets d’exploitation et d’investissement; Le management de l’équipe du service électricité et régulation ; Le recensement des besoins de l’usine en ressources; La participation à la conception et initialisation de nouveaux projets industriels ; La mise à niveau et la formation du personnel du service électrique et régulation ; L’assurance de la fiabilité des différents instruments de mesure ; Le respect des normes de sécurité.

Profil recherché
Vous êtes de formation Ingénieur d’état en Electrotechnique et/ou Instrumentation Industrielle d’une expérience minimum de 5 ans sur des fonctions identiques. Vous maîtrisez le process industriel et l’outil informatique. Très bonne maîtrise du français, l’anglais est très souhaité. Qualités : Vous avez les capacités à concevoir et améliorer les procédures de la régulation industrielle en continu, vous êtes une personne dotée d’un esprit d’analyse et de synthèse ; Vous faîtes preuve d’une très bonne qualité managériale reconnue, notamment dans le pilotage des équipes.
