- Planification hebdomadaire de la production en respectant les stocks mini maxi des produits finis.
- Planification par jour, par ligne et par produit.
- Assurer un planning par étape en optimisant le niveau de WIP.
- Suivi et contrôle de la production pour assurer un taux de service de 100%.
- Gérer les modifications techniques en assurant 0 obsolètes.
- Veiller au respect des expéditions et des priorités pour assurer 0 transport spécial.
- Gérer la planification des basculements sur différents projets sur les étapes en communs en évitant tout arrêt de ligne.
- Coordination avec autre département QA /ENG pour mieux gérer l’activité.
- Assurer : 0 Premium freight / 0 obsoletes / taux de service 100%.
BP & SOX Responsible
Requirements:
- Education: Master’s degree in audit management control or finance.
- Sense of analysis
- Automotive experience is a must
