Competence & expérience:
- Bac +2 en RH
- Justifier le minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire de préférence dans l’industrie automobile.

Nouvelle opportunité de rejoindre l’équipe de Lear Kénitra en tant que Process Engineer en charge de définitr et optimiser le Layout, calculer la capacité des supports de stockage (KANBAN) en termes de dimensionnement et d’utilisation de l’espace et aussi s’assurer du bon fonctionnement de l’équipement et des outils liés au processus (stockage, manipulation, alimentation … etc.)
Vos missions:
- Diriger, planifier, organiser et contrôler les activités liées aux procédés de fabrication au sein de l’entreprise ainsi que la standardisation des procédés de câblages communs.
- Déterminer les besoins en espace pour plusieurs fonctions et plans, améliorer les méthodes de production en incluant le lay-out, l’outillage, les équipements de production, le matériel et les méthodes de montage et les besoins en main d’œuvre.
- Déterminer le temps de production et identifier les méthodes nécessaires en vue d’optimiser le programme de production.
- Identifier conjointement avec le responsable production l’outillage nécessaire pour effectuer des modifications au niveau de la production.
- Appliquer des méthodes de statistique pour procéder à des estimations du potentiel de production face aux futures commandes.
- Veiller au le suivi du Plan de Qualité de l’entreprise en vue d’optimiser les méthodes et les procédés de la production.
- Informer le chef du département d’ingénierie de l’entreprise sur la capacité de fabrication devant le programme de production et sur les éventuels problèmes pour faciliter la prise de décision.
