Methods Engineer
- Ensure 100% accurate product DATA (BOM, UCS, …).
- Design preparation for different MYC
- Ensure trails preparation and production
- Participate in design improvement and issues resolution with LU
- Ensure the feasibility, costing and application of different changes requested
- Animate internal meeting to introduce changes and MYC
- Ensure the changes management / RFR’s for the running Ford Projects.
- Participate in different audit: external and internal
Engineering Manager
To be a success in this role you must have
- Excellent organizational skills – a proven record in being able to plan and track project activities.
- Automotive experience is needed
- At least 5 years proven experience in a similar position
- Leadership & team management skills: Experience leading and driving a team (direct reports and cross functional)
