Main responsabilities :
– Manage the resources under the responsibility of the production unit with a continuous improvement approach in order to meet production programs
– Carry out production at the lowest cost, highest quality and at the desired time in accordance with production standards in order to meet the production schedules in a timely manner
– Assist project leaders to ensure timely commissioning of product changes or new commissioning by working in coordination with product engineering to meet change requests
– Prepare and lead improvement projects according to loss analysis
Qualifications :
– Bac+5 Industrial engineering
– Minimum 3 years proven experience in similar position in automotive industry seating company
– Intermediate level in English
