This is a new opportunity to join Finance Team as « Sox & Internal Controller ».

Your missions:

• Assists the Finance Manager in establishing and managing the annual SOX program, including appropriate approach, audit testing plans, and methodology.
• Works closely with all levels of management and business process owners to ensure SOX controls are identified, tested, and operating effectively.
• Assess existing and/or proposed financial controls and any changes to controls.
• Review the testing of manual and system key controls, significant spreadsheets/software.
• Maintenance of business process documentation regarding internal controls over financial reporting such as process narratives and flow charts as appropriate.
• Maintain an inventory of significant applications and spreadsheets. Tracking of all control deficiencies for improvement and remediation, including those identified during internal audits.
• Assist process owners with remediation and focus on continuous improvement.
• Perform an assessment of all open control deficiencies, including the identification and testing of mitigating controls.
• Report to executive management and the audit committee regarding SOX planning, and periodic testing results, including status of any deficiencies and remediation.

To be successful for this role:

• Qualifications: Bac + 4/5 Finance and Audit
• Experience: 2-3 years experience in similar positions
• Skills:  Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint, word, etc.)
• Plus skills: ERP (SAP/QAD), Hyperion financial management

Language Skills:

• Fluent in French & English
