| General: • Represents the quality department through frequent communication, training and presentations on the project(s) and within organization • Promote and drive implementation of Quality System on the project(s)At project level: • Prepares the Project Quality Plan (PQP) as part of Project Execution Plan (PEP), ensure update as appropriate • Works closely with the Project Manager(s)/Engineer(s) to ensure implementation of work process Maps and procedures on different phases of project execution • Monitors compliance with project quality objectives, applicable codes, standards, policies, procedures, and specific contract requirements • Plans and conducts Quality audits and Gate reviews • Paticipates in meetings of project progress reviews with Client • Stimulates the Project team on integration and implementation of Compnay best practices to enhance successful execution of project(s) • Maintains regular logs of Quality activities and prepares regular internal and external reportings on Quality performance • Assists Project Manager in set up of design verification plan to reduce rework and design errors • Coordinates investigation and resolution of Quality non-conformance and issues. Drives and ensures implemenatation of improvement actions • Reviews applicable subcontractors’/suppliers’ quality documentation • Ensures follow up and tracking of Project Quality KPIs (QA Metrics) • Supports Turnover packages and close-out process |

| • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Advanced course or certification in Quality especially ISO 9001 is highly appreciated • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Project Management / Engineering/ Project Quality on large EPC/EPCM projects. Very familiar with Quality system applied to large industrial projects • Team player • Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team • Good communication skills • Good verbal and written knowledge of English and French languages. |

Your missions:
- Autonomous way of working in case of component placement and layout design based on circuit diagrams, mechanical drawings and design guidelines by the layout system “Mentor Graphics Expedition”
- Gather requirements and specification definition for automotive electrical systems.
- Execute the PCB design to fulfill customer requirements / specifications and according to Lear procedures and project timing.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive technical feedback to team.
- Create and publish technical documentation to suppliers and manufacturing plant
- Used to follow and apply internal quality tools and procedures on all designs
- Use internal validations and simulation tools to ensure correct designs and Product Validations.
- Technical revisions with customer and suppliers
- Knowledge and user of quality tools (DFMEA, 8D reports, …)
- Provide indications to laboratory for PCB design validations (trough PPAP process)
- Generate documentations for PCB production and assembly according to Lear and customer specifications.
- Daily cross functional work with teams and peers in Spain, Germany and US
- Selection and definition of the suitable PCB-Technology based on the technical requirements and in consideration of the costs
To be successful for this role:
- Engineering/Master Degree – Mechanics/Embedded systems
- Significant experience (3 years minimum) in a similar activity (Automotive/Industry/Electronics)
- Team Work & Customer focus approach

En tant que Directeur d’Usine, vous serez rattaché(e) à la Direction des Opérations Industriels et devrez implanter une forte culture industrielle basée sur des standards forts de qualité, d’hygiène et de productivité. Vous mettrez en place des procédures et des modes opératoires garantissant des standards de production et de qualité de niveau international. Vous piloterez la mise en place des systèmes audités et les programmes de certification. Vous serez en charge du management des équipes de production. Dans ce cadre, vos principales activités s’articuleront autour des axes suivants :
- Gérer le site de production;
- Être responsable de l’atteinte des objectifs budgétés;
- Établir et négocier avec la Direction le budget ainsi que l’allocation des ressources humaines du site;
- Être le garant de la marge brute industrielle et, à ce titre, analyser les résultats du site;
- Être force de proposition pour les améliorations techniques et organisationnelles afin d’améliorer la productivité, la qualité et la sécurité, souvent avec des objectifs bien définis;
- Optimiser l’organisation de la production dans un souci permanent de délais, de coûts et de qualité;
- Garantir le maintien de la certification de l’usine;
- Garantir le respect des normes de sécurité et des standards de qualité, d’hygiène et de sécurité.
Profil recherché
Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’une Grande École d’ingénieurs ou son équivalent avec une spécialisation en industrie mécanique.
Vous justifiez d’une expérience significative de 15 ans minimum dans le secteur Aéronautique ou Automobile. Vous faites preuve d’aisance relationnelle, d’une forte sensibilité à l’activité économique de l’entreprise et d’une vision à long terme. Véritable force d’animation et de proposition, vous devrez faire preuve d’une personne dynamique adaptée au contexte de pays émergent, nécessitant anticipation et flexibilité.La maîtrise de l’anglais est impérative.Informations complémentaires
