Rattaché(e) à la direction commerciale centrale, vos principale missions s’articuleront autour de :

  • Assurer la relance des clients via les différents moyens mis à disposition.
  • Garantir le respect des procédures de gestion en matière de recouvrement,
  • Analyser et suivre les comptes clients,
  • Assurer la coordination avec les opérationnels,
  • Assurer le reporting, mise à jour des tableaux de bord existants et mise en place de tous les outils susceptibles d’améliorer les performances,
  • Mettre en place et suivre les plans d’action permettant de garantir l’atteinte des objectifs mensuels.
  • Animer et encadrer une équipe en charge de la gestion des relances clients afin d’atteindre les objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs fixés.

Profil recherché

De niveau Bac+4 minimum, vous avez développé au cours de votre carrière des capacités managériales et relationnelles fortes. Votre organisation, votre rigueur ainsi que votre sens du relationnel seront des atouts indispensables pour réussir dans ce poste. Vous avez une expérience d’au moins 5 ans dans le management d’une équipe de gestionnaires recouvrement. La connaissance du secteur de l’immobilier serait un plus.

Position Summary

To support our continued growth, we are seeking to recruit high-quality Project Management practitioners at all levels that have experience of Project Delivery in all or any of the areas of plant design, construction, operation and maintenance. The Project Director will be part of the Jacobs Field Services Team and will functionally report to the Manager of Project and administratively to the Vice President of Construction

 

Primary Responsibilities

 

  • Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, budgets, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various commissioning phases of a project
  • Identifies owner’s goals, needs, and expectations for building operation and function; identifies the commissioning responsibilities
  • Defines commissioning roles and scope for members of design, commissioning and construction teams; prepares commissioning plan and interfaces with validation plan where applicable. Confers with project staff to devise work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority
  • Develops and supports startup/commissioning safety plans and procedures, assures conformance to company guidelines and practices
  • Reviews system boundaries and develops project startup and turnover sequence.
  • Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems
  • Monitors commissioning results against technical specifications; ensures that commissioning is executed in line with established company practices and procedures
  • Understands the formal Design Record documents and location/accessibility. Assures in-situ conformance to C&Q documentation requirements.
  • Reviews status reports prepared by commissioning personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required
  • Prepares commissioning progress reports for management, client, or others
  • Coordinates and/or attends design, construction, startup, commissioning and qualification meetings
  • Reviews and approves RFIs and change orders related to the commissioned systems
  • Initiates and optimizes cost effective system design
  • Participates in detail technical review of work processes (both 2D and 3D)
  • Performs design review of 3D data base and models
  • Prepares standard discipline deliverables including standard work processes and tools
  • Develop and review commissioning test equipment and material take-offs.
  • Develop vendor call-out requirements and schedule for specialized vendor supplied equipment and overall vendor coordination.
  • Supports system handover and acceptance from Construction Team including system discipline walkdowns and punch list generation
  • Prepare systems for final inspection and hand over to client

 

Qualifications

 

  • 15 – 20 years of relevant experience required.
  •  Experience with Ammonia Plants.
  •  Ammonia Technology licensee is preferred.
  •  Demonstrated safety leadership experience required.
  •  Experience in industrial construction and/or maintenance field preferred
  •  Direct hire construction delivery, with lump-sum EPC work preferred
  •  Experience with Commissioning Management Systems
  •  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college required but may be offset by experience  required.
  •  Training experience required.
