Son panel de produits techniques riches et variés acquis grâce à plus de 150 ans d’héritage et d’histoire industriel, en font l’un des principaux leaders mondial dans le domaine des vannes industrielles.Position DescriptionDans le cadre du développement du Groupe Flowserve au Maroc au travers d’un partenariat avec l’OCP, l’Entreprise ouvre le poste d’ingénieur mécanique sur site Client (OCP) ayant pour mission principale la mise en place du support technique Pompes & Garnitures mécaniques directement auprès du client.L’objectif essentiel de ce poste est le support technique et l’interfaçage cis à vis du client pendant le temps où l’Entreprise mettra en place l’atelier de réparations (1er trimestre 2017). Par la suite, ce poste sera critique pour bien analyser et comprendre les besoins du clients.Les missions et responsabilités principales sont les suivantes :
- Assurer le suivi du parc machine avec les différents services du site (production, maintenance, fiabilité, achats…) avec pour objectif premier, leur satisfaction.
- En tant qu’interlocuteur privilégié, vous aurez un rôle de conseil auprès du client en matière de définition technique, d’installation et d’utilisation des pompes & garnitures mécaniques. Vous serez amené à réaliser des analyses de causes de défaillances, des visites des installations dans une démarche préventive et à en formaliser les actions lors de revues internes avec le client.
- Assurer la coordination interne Flowserve avec les différents sites support pour les demandes techniques, les réparations de pompes & garnitures mécaniques et la fourniture de pièces de rechanges
Position Requirements
- De formation supérieure en mécanique,
- Vous avez une expérience de 3 ans minimum dans le domaine des machines tournantes.
- Vous avez le sens du service et souhaitez intégrer une fonction où vous serez amené à gérer en autonomie le parc Pompes & garniture sur le site de l’OCP à JORF.
- Un niveau de connaissance affirmé et reconnu des pompes est une obligation,
- La maitrise de l’anglais au même titre qu’un esprit de synthèse sont indispensables pour ce poste.
- Poste localisé à JORF
- Une connaissance des contrôles non-destructif et l’utilisation des systèmes informatiques (ERP, Pack Office) est un plus.

As a result of this growth, we are searching for a Proven Leader to manage the growth of the technical center and integration of our customer programs to Morocco.
Reporting to the Regional Vice President of our E Systems Business, the primary focus of the Electronics Engineering Director will be to grow and develop the technical expertise in our high paced and innovative Electronics Engineering Center whilst successfully integrating live engineering development programs from Europe.
As Electronics Engineering Director, your responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to)
- Tracking deliverables in line with engineering budget and ensuring engineering output is in accordance with customer standards.
- Defining and implementing the required resources and training to succeed in executing engineering activities autonomously
- Developing and implement robust tools and processes to amplify innovation
- Working proactively to develop key relationships with Senior Level Stakeholders within Lear’s European business units
To be a success in this role you must have:
- Experience in leading a Program or Engineering department in a multinational organization
- The ability to set vision and the strategy for the center moving forwards.
- Strong communication skills with a proven experience of dealing with external customer groups.
- Experience in growing and developing a team of engineers.
- Ability to work proactively with cross functional leadership to transfer and integrate international programs
- Relevant Degree/Masters qualification in an Engineering or related field
- Fluency in English and French language is essential
