L’équipe est jeune et pluridisciplinaire (chaque responsable de marché est amené à travailler sur différents produits, voire différents marchés), elle travaille en étroite collaboration avec la direction commerciale et les différentes entités de la banque (directions juridique, informatique, organisation…).

Le Chargé Du Marketing Opérationnel a Pour Objectif De Mettre En Œuvre Les Process Et Les Moyens Nécessaires Pour

  • Créer un lien entre la marque Société Générale et ses clients,
  • Entretenir une bonne relation avec les clients et les prospects.

Il devra mettre au point des stratégies et plan d’actions permettant à la fois de travailler sur la relation avec les clients actuels et de séduire les clients potentiels.Mission

Votre rôleAu cours de votre mission VIE, vous serez en charge des missions suivantes :

  • Concevoir la stratégie de relations clients de la banque en cohérence avec sa stratégie marketing et sa stratégie commerciale
  • Initier les programmes d’animation et de fidélisation en fonction des segments / priorités retenues.
  • Recueillir ou superviser la collecte des besoins exprimés par les clients et prospects.
  • Participer à la refonte globale des outils d’aide à la vente interne et externe
  • Définir les outils, les budgets et les moyens (humains et techniques) nécessaires à l’amélioration de ces programmes.
  • Définir le degré d’externalisation de ces programmes et mener à bien l’acquisition des moyens nécessaires aux opérations de relation client
  • Superviser de manière rigoureuse la mise en œuvre des opérations, en particulier la gestion des plannings et des budgets, le suivi des ratios d’activité…
  • Analyser les résultats des campagnes menées, faire remonter auprès des directions concernées les résultats et faire des recommandations.

Quelques mots sur le contrat VIE

Ce VIE à Casablanca est à pourvoir dès que possible mais il faut compter au minimum 3 mois entre votre acte de candidature et le début de votre contrat VIE. Sa durée est de 12 à 24 mois.Le VIE est un contrat particulier, réservé aux Ressortissants de l’Union Européenne, âgé(e)s de moins de 28 ans. Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the financial planning function for achieving the finance department objectives as stipulated by the CFO.
  • Support in business planning and performance management including KPIs
  • Proactively and constantly drive cost control and cost reduction initiatives
  • Reports financial status by developing forecasts; reporting results; analyzing variances and developing improvements
  • Encourage and assist department managers in preparation of detailed and realistic departmental estiamtes/targets.
  • Follow up with department managers on actual developments against target and provide detailed explanation of deviations to Management.
  • Develop financial policies, standard operation procedures and guidelines within area of responsibility, specifically including financial and management reporting.
  • Provide high quality financial information and analysis for decision-making. Conduct financial analysis and provide financial expertise on an ongoing basis.
  • Assist in preparation of the required Board and Shareholders meetings material
  • Support CFO to secure project financing and cash planning.
  • Ensure reliable and timely reporting as per Concession and Shareholders Agreement requirements.
  • Preparing business case studies, scenario analysis and long term forecasts in relation to the project Business Plan.
  • Develop financial and accounting policies, standard operation procedures and guidelines within area of responsibility including accounting and other major areas.
  • Ensure full control over the accounting section functions processes and SOPs i.e. AP, AR, Cash and GL.
  • Ensure adherence to Authority matrix and overall Governance frame work.
Profil recherché
Experience

  • Requires at least seven years of progressively more responsible general accounting and finance experience. Requires at least four years of management/supervisory experience.
  • Must have thorough understanding and working knowledge of ERP systems and accounting specific software. Requires proficiency in various software applications and programs, specifically excel, powerpoint and think-cell.

Skills

  • Team player.
  • Requires good verbal and written communications skills, in addition to effective interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English is a must, and French is preferred.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Requires a high level of planning and organizational skills.
  • Requires excellent analytical skills, including the ability to extract, compile and analyze data.

Education

Position Summary:

Provide franchise and commercial leadership and co-ordination across the system functions to achieve volume, Net Sales Revenues, Profit and Market shares objectives through (i) supporting the development and (ii) executing the Annual Business Plan (ABP) & as well (iii) providing support & input on Strategic Business Plan (SBP).

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Achieve volume, Net Sales Revenues, profit and market share objectives as per annual BP agreed with the 3 bottlers & support the design and execute annual BP with bottlers.

• Drive commercial and execution capabilities leveraging RED and the defined Picture of Succes & actively pursue opportunities to improve our Route to Market, leveraging best practices from other markets & bottler.• Actively involved in the development and in the execution of regional plans to tackle business opportunities & ensure regular market visits to identify business opportunities with the local bottlers teams.• Support and execute annual commercial plans in the respective channels & the brands plan• Lead bottler training and development modules and capability building initiatives targeted at commercial teams – especially RED, RTM, SFE and Collaborating for Value.

Required Qualification:

Experienced in FMCG industry. Functional experience within an operational function would be an advantage. Bottler experience is an added advantage.

Outstanding analytical skills to identify business issues & recommend actionable plans to close the gap.
