Key Responsibilities
• Developing and maintaining project baseline and progressed schedules in Primavera P6.
• Providing basic schedule familiarisation training for project personnel and lead project scheduling workshops as needed.
• Based on the predictive analytics tools, establish a robust predictive maintenance process for all terminal equipment in conjunction with the technical function.
• Reviewing, challenging and incorporating information from contractor schedules.
• Support the Project Controls Manager in the development of high level ‘what-if’ scenario planning in support of project decision-making.
• Provide support in development of reporting materials for internal and external stakeholders as well as other general project controls related support to the Project Controls Manager as required.

Qualifications
• Requires at least a high school or colleague diploma. Degree qualified in a technical or project management-based discipline is desired.
• Project management certified candidates will have preference.

Experience
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project delivery experience, preferable in large complex multi-stakeholder projects.
• Minimum 3 years of experience is project planning.
• Preferably contractor management experience.

Skills
• Technically minded – able to comprehend technical approaches and concepts and to articulate these to a wider audience.
• Strong planning skills and high analytical capability.
• Hands-on, willing to work/update schedules or take up other job related practical tasks.
• Able to build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience working with Primavera Scheduling Software.
• Advanced English verbal and written communication skills.

The objective of this role:
• Full understanding of Project scope, investment breakdown and time line
• Control over capital expenditures, estimates and follow-up on same together with Asset delivery team and other stakeholders.
• Ensure that policies and guidelines are developed in accordance with overall strategies and policies set out and envisioned by the CFO

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• Gather data required for reporting on investment progress vs budget, review and reconcile such to ensure its validity and accuracy, and provide the CFO and other stakeholders with required reporting in a timely manner including variance analysis.
• Ensure proper documentation of any changes to scope or budget.
• Ensure proper approvals are in place before any investment decisions including change management processes
• Maintain up-to date monthly capital expenditure report including year to date, rest of year and project Estimate to complete.
• Work very close with Asset delivery team on Finance related tasks i.e. reporting, forecasts, payment execution…etc.
• Review, follow-up and control over bank guarantees and insurance policies related to project contracts.
• Review the capitalization of fixed assets together with the accounting team.
• Review supplier invoices related to project and ensure proper aprrovals are in place from the Asset delivery team.
• Prepare accrual sheet for accounting.
• Full understanding of project contracts and ensure adherence to contract deliverebales, milestones, scope and control over financial impact accordingly.
• Monthly payment schedule/investment cash flow (with comment on overrun (if any) compared to initial investment plan.
• Maintain an updated version of the Standard Financial Model

Education
• Requires a university degree in business or accounting. Qualification as a Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant, or equivalent is preferable

The HR implementation is primarily forming the overall Project Team and advising, setting, and adherence to company policy. Ensuring adherence to labor law, and providing flawless, high quality HR services to our employees. Your focus will to high extend be recruitments.

Key Responsibilities :

• You will be an active sparring partner and support to the organization in executing the HR Implementation strategy.
• Recruitment – job focuses on the ongoing efficient staffing of vacancies, as well as relations with external stakeholders on the labor market.
• Deliver HR partnering at all elements of the function – People Performance Management, Talent Development, Compensation and Benefits, policy, contracts, recruitments, exit and other.
• Expected to constantly raise the bar in existing people management practices and policies while always complying with local labor law and global APM Terminals policies.
• Put in place a proper manpower budgeting process to ensure that line managers are able to critically assess their current & future manpower needs & provide proper justifications for recruitment of new positions.
• Work with the top management of the organization to identify and plan the development of staff with high potential to ensure fast track growth for such staff to facilitate retention.
• Direct & control Operations aspects of the HR function to ensure that it provides cost effective & timely services across the organization.
• Provide accurate, timely and complete reports on HR policies, practices and processes to keep senior management abreast of HR policy implementation.
• Work constantly within the market to keep abreast of ‘best practice initiatives’, HR trends & to identify effective third part suppliers for various HR services where necessary.

Qualifications

• University degree in human resources, business administration, behavioral science or related.
• HR or related trainings, certifications or qualification.

Experience

• Ideally the candidate has minimum 3 years of experience in general human resources, with an emphasis in service delivery in recruitment, labor law, employee relations, compensation and benefits.
• Must be thoroughly familiar with local labor and Moroccan employment law and practices ideally with Global expertise.
• Solid experience in logistics, automated operations or similar environment will be a big advantage.

Skills

• Self-motivated, very well-organized, and capable of working towards agreed objectives without excessive supervision.
• Strong personality – able to work with and comfortable in challenging all personnel at all levels within organisation.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to extract, compile and analyze data.
• Profound English and French, written and verbal skills are required, Arabic being and advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate in a multi-cultural environment.
• Collaborative work style, fostering cooperation and teamwork to achieve results.
