Dans le cadre du développement du Groupe Flowserve au Maroc au travers d’un partenariat avec l’OCP et en support des activités après-vente auprès des clients Marocains utilisateurs d’équipements de pompage , l’Entreprise recrute un Technicien Réparations Pompes Centrifuges Hydrauliques localisé sur Safi (1 poste) sous la responsabilité directe du responsable d’atelier de Safi .

Au sein du Centre de Réparation (Quick Response Center ), la mission principale du poste consiste à réparer les équipements rotatifs, principalement de type pompe centrifuges, suivant des gammes, instructions et documents techniques clairement définis, suivant le niveau de délai attendu par le client. Flowserve accorde beaucoup d’importance au niveau de qualité proposé dans le cadre des réparations et services réalisés dans l’ensemble des Quick Response Center. En particulier, Flowserve utilise un système de suivi informatique des réparations, qui intègre les informations constatées per le personnel d’atelier.

Dans ce contexte, vous devrez :

  • Préparer les documents, les outils et le matériel de mesure nécessaires à l’inspection;
  • Coordonner ou réaliser les opérations de contrôle des pompes afin de définir la liste des pièces à réparer ou remplacer, les composants défectueux ou les pièces usées;
  • Consigner les informations visuelles, dimensionnelles et les constats sur pièces dans un rapport papier ou informatique;
  • Analyser les gammes et préparer les documents, les outils et le matériel de mesure nécessaires à l’exécution des opérations d’assemblage, de remontage et de contrôle;
  • Réaliser des opérations spécifiques telles que l’équilibrage ou la vérification des étanchéités par essai hydrostatique;
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les monteurs mécaniciens, et mécaniciens de l’atelier.

A l’occasion, vous serez amené à effectuer des réparations et des interventions sur sites

Position Requirements

De formation en mécanique (BAC+2), vous disposez d’une expérience de 5 ans minimum dans le domaine mécanique et des machines tournantes sur un poste alliant technique et analyse de premier niveau. Vous êtes attentif aux aspect sécurité et à la qualité du travail effectué dans les règles de l’art.

To provide first line technical advice to direct accounts, all segment included and Vivo Energy Morocco Sales force on the use of the Shell lubricants portfolio in order to best exploit the technical attributes of Shell products and services to commercial advantage, and to trouble shoot any technical issues.

Principal responsibilities :

1. To support to and to secure technical partnership with key direct accounts

 

  • Provide front line technical support to customers and sales staff including problem solving, troubleshooting and application advice for all front line technical issues.
  • Correctly specify appropriate Lubricants or fuel products to be used for specific applications (vehicles, machinery and equipment), including the specification of equivalent product to replace a competitor’s product, for all lubricants products.
  • Prepare customer plant/equipment audits, lubrication surveys, product rationalisation audits and conduct field trials, as necessary to support the overall business strategy
  • Liaise with local OEMs or local branches of global OEMs, to develop product approvals,
  • Provide HSE, Occupational Health, safety and product disposal advice to customers and front line sales, in line with local legislation requirements. Actively keep up to date with changes in legislation
  • Receive referrals of technical problems or other customer contact and work to resolve with the customer.
  • Implement services agreed with customers in contracts

  • Degree in engineering or chemistry or comparable technical background skills

Job Purpose:

To maintain and develop existing customer relationship and to identify and win new business using selling and negotiating skills to grow the business by increasing volume and margin.

Ensure strong follow up of all admin, finance and credit sales issues

Principal Accountabilities:

· Plan customer calls and visits to provide the appropriate level of service to existing and new B2B customers with a focus on retaining/expanding existing profitable business relationships.

· Increase the value for existing customers through cross, range and up selling.

· Identify and close new business opportunities with prospective customers and new customers

· Propose and sell marketing initiatives to new and existing customers against set targets as defined with marketing team.

· Assist sales Manager in big tenders processes

· Work with other teams and third parties (e.g. KAM, Technical, Supply chain, etc.) where necessary to provide an efficient and cost effective service to the customer.

Key Challenges:

· For new and existing customers, define and regularly review relevant customer relationship, behavioural and differentiated services banding and their sales & marketing plan.

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experiences:

· Relevant Degree/diploma in Technical field or sales & marketing would be an advantage.

· Relevant sales experience or minimum 2 years’ experience in field based sales environment.

· Good working knowledge of the customer’s operation and financials and awareness of specialist sources of information

· Ready to travel to up-country for working more than 50% of working days in the area.
