Rabat is our fastest growing Electronics Engineering Centre in Europe and Africa following its establishment in 2012. Today our Engineering Centre brings together technical expertise in the hardware, mechanics, software and systems engineering to develop innovative products to premium global OEM customer groups. Our vision for this Center is grow our technical capacity significantly as we look to fully integrate 2 European Customer Platforms into Rabat by 2018.
As a result of this growth, we are searching for a Proven Leader to manage the growth of the technical center and integration of our customer programs to Morocco.
Reporting to the Regional Vice President of our E Systems Business, the primary focus of the Electronics Engineering Director will be to grow and develop the technical expertise in our high paced and innovative Electronics Engineering Center whilst successfully integrating live engineering development programs from Europe.
As Electronics Engineering Director, your responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to)
- Tracking deliverables in line with engineering budget and ensuring engineering output is in accordance with customer standards.
- Defining and implementing the required resources and training to succeed in executing engineering activities autonomously
- Developing and implement robust tools and processes to amplify innovation
- Working proactively to develop key relationships with Senior Level Stakeholders within Lear’s European business units
To be a success in this role you must have:
- Experience in leading a Program or Engineering department in a multinational organization
- The ability to set vision and the strategy for the center moving forwards.
- Strong communication skills with a proven experience of dealing with external customer groups.
- Experience in growing and developing a team of engineers.
- Ability to work proactively with cross functional leadership to transfer and integrate international programs
- Relevant Degree/Masters qualification in an Engineering or related field
- Fluency in English and French language is essential

Lear corporation E-systems Kenitra is offering a position of Quality Manufacturing Engineer to provides a variety of services, quality planning, inspection, audit, quality information, quality improvement consulting, and quality communications are examples of the kind of services, is a key element whose role ensure good change implementation and keep all quality KPI’s on target.
Missions:
- Ensure the execution of the control plan / quality
- Utilizing problem solving skills to find root causes of problems that occur on assembly lines
- Developing and maintaining quality standards
- Utilizing quality feedback and metrics to implement process improvements
- Assessing existing assembly processes and suggesting opportunities for improvement, using tools such as PFMEA, gauge R&R studies, Statistical Process Control and process capability studies
- Management of quality team controllers and technicians.
- Check whether the displayed quality instructions correspond to the workstation and that the visual aids are in good condition
To be successful for this role:
- Experience within a manufacturing environment
- Expertise in process quality tools like PFMEA
- Knowledge of Quality Management systems including ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949,
- Demonstrated expertise in problem solving
- Ability to work in a high-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization.

Lear corporation E-systems Kenitra is offering a new opportunity to join the team as APQP Engineer to be the interface between lear Plant & customer by meetings, G8D, PPAP…and ensure that all product have their PSW following PPAP
Missions:
- Establish direct contact with quality residents at customer sites to find solution to quality problems reported by the customer to protect him from any potential defects.
- Make sure quality problems are communicated to the factory.
- Receive and manage customer complaints files (8D, Answer 48h, Action Plan 15j, Closing 8D).
- Participate in the implementation of the FMEA.
- Coordinate the PPAP process, submit the PSWs on the estimated date of the product during engineering changes, during start-ups or when required by the customer;
To be successful for this role:
- Experience within a manufacturing environment ( Minimum 2 Years)
- Expertise in process quality tools like PFMEA
- Knowledge of Quality Management systems including ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949,
- Demonstrated expertise in problem solving
- Ability to work in a high-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization.
- Understanding of APQP gate Review development process
