Dans le cadre de la construction du site industriel de Kenitra à l’horizon 2019, la Direction Moyen-Orient Afrique (DMOA) de PSA a décidé la création d’un centre d’accompagnement de Recherche & Développement au Maroc. Ce centre permettra d’accompagner les adaptations locales du plan produits de la Région, comme c’est déjà le cas au Brésil et en Chine. Il développera également l’intégration locale des composants des futurs véhicules.

Poste :

Dans le cadre de l’animation de l’équipe et du pilotage des livrables, le responsable devra mettre en œuvre ses acquis techniques et managériaux dans le domaine de l’adaptation moteur et boite de vitesse pour :

  • Organiser et prioriser les activités entre les contraintes courts termes de la Direction industriel et les missions de validation produit process des études.
  • Valider les demandes de la direction industrielle en réactivés d’évolution du référentiel produit/process (Palliatifs, dérogations,..)
  • Engager la mise en place de palliatifs et des dérogations : les acteurs de l’équipe proposent les solutions, le responsable du groupe ingénierie les valide et en assure les résultats dans les temps.
  • Autonome dans la convocation, animation des fournisseurs extérieurs
  • Définie et/ou valide les gammes d’investigations et d’analyse.
  • Définit l’état d’acceptation des échantillons initiaux
  • Demande de blocages parcs en cas de risque qualité
  • Définit le plan de charge et la répartitions d’activités des collaborateurs
  • Définit avec le métier de la R&D le plan de formation des collaborateurs,
  • Identifie le prévisionnel de mobilité et recrutement à engager

Profil recherché :

De formation Ingénieur, vous justifiez de 5 à 10 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de conception mécanique et/ou de l’industrialisation, de préférence dans le domaine automobile.

Vous avez acquis de très bonnes connaissances dans le domaine de la mécanique et de l’industrialisation des produits.

Vous avez de bonnes connaissances dans le management de la relation fournisseur et la connaissance du domaine de conception et d’industrialisation de l’adaptation moteur et boite serait un plus.

Vos qualités sont : le leadership, la réactivité, la capacité à prioriser/escalader, la rigueur dans l résolution de problème à fort enjeux et la communication vers des acteurs très différents .

Vous avez des notions de management et vous maitrisez parfaitement la langue française.

A- Pilote la réalisation de la conception des pièces de son périmètre 
– Dans le cadre de la relation fournisseurs, s’assure de l’obtention d’un produit conforme aux exigences du cahier des charges

B- Assure le suivi documentaire produit des pièces de son périmètre

Profil recherché :

D’une formation bac+5 ou diplome d’ingénieur en Mecanique/textile, vous justifiez d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience, dans le secteur industriel,

This position develop and apply cutting-edge knowledge of date science related methods and tools to provide predictive analytics of AS IS processes and consequently support the prioritization of improvement areas in Operations and Technical planning and execution so as to achieve the targeted productivity and costs targets during the ramp period of TM2 and beyond

Principal Accountabilities :

  • Establish a clear map of all data generated by the equipment and systems available at TM2 and establish requirements for an integrated data warehouse and associated business intelligence tool
  • Identify valuable insights from mathematical or statistical treatment of available data prior go live (various emulation, existing sister terminal TC1, PLC data during training/testing) and post go live as designed in the data warehouse
  • In collaboration with APMT Global Technical Function, Local IT and Maersk Analytics, deploy available predictive models and tools in TM2 for both Operations and Technical functions
  • Based on the predictive tools, establish a robust predictive maintenance process in conjunction with the technical function and actively participate in the set-up of an integrated operations centre where operational outcomes are predicted and corrective measures in place beforehand
  • Apply deep learning, machine learning and text analytics approaches to solve critical business problems
  • Deliver visualization models

Main primary areas of improvement expected from this position (in collaboration with the relevant function) :

  • Motion and flow analytics: traffic analysis SC to ARMG and STS; increasing equipment efficiency, increase safety of driving patterns, optimize speed and energy consumption
  • Optimization of automated and manual cycles
  • Predictive analysis; forecasted process performance leading to optimized asset deployment
  • Pilot to pilot timing: predicting asset and gang deployment
  • Predictive maintenance: prevent asset breakdowns

Profil recherché :

More than 2 years of experience in industry building data science models and products, ideally for an industrial company. Previous experience in manufacturing or airport industry is an advantage

Master of Science degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, physics or related field.

Skills :

  • A background or profile in quantitative methods, predictive modelling, statistics or similar.
  • Excellent track record of delivery using languages like Python, R, Ruby, Java and technologies like Hadoop, Git / Stash, JIRA / Rally.
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum practices; a good team player, balanced with the autonomy and motivation to produce individually.
  • Willingness to build on and experiment with cloud data science platforms, in addition to our own services.
  • Ability to communicate data science results and analytics value to business stakeholders.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
  • Fluent proficiency in both written and oral English

Project Implementation is a key value driver in APM Terminals. Our ability to build a terminal, establish an operational organization and secure commercial business delivers real NPV to APMT.

The objective of this role :

  • Full understanding of Project scope, investment breakdown and time line
  • Control over capital expenditures, estimates and follow-up on same together with Asset delivery team and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure that policies and guidelines are developed in accordance with overall strategies and policies set out and envisioned by the CFO

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities :

  • Gather data required for reporting on investment progress vs budget, review and reconcile such to ensure its validity and accuracy, and provide the CFO and other stakeholders with required reporting in a timely manner including variance analysis.
  • Ensure proper documentation of any changes to scope or budget.
  • Ensure proper approvals are in place before any investment decisions including change management processes
  • Maintain up-to date monthly capital expenditure report including year to date, rest of year and project Estimate to complete.
  • Work very close with Asset delivery team on Finance related tasks i.e. reporting, forecasts, payment execution…etc.
  • Review, follow-up and control over bank guarantees and insurance policies related to project contracts.
  • Review the capitalization of fixed assets together with the accounting team.
  • Review supplier invoices related to project and ensure proper aprrovals are in place from the Asset delivery team.
  • Prepare accrual sheet for accounting.
  • Full understanding of project contracts and ensure adherence to contract deliverebales, milestones, scope and control over financial impact accordingly.
  • Monthly payment schedule/investment cash flow (with comment on overrun (if any) compared to initial investment plan.
  • Maintain an updated version of the Standard Financial Model.

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the financial planning function for achieving the finance department objectives as stipulated by the CFO.
  • Support in business planning and performance management including KPIs
  • Proactively and constantly drive cost control and cost reduction initiatives
