We are currently looking for talented and experimented RFQ Engineer in Technopolis Plant

Missions:

  • Participate in Kick-off meeting to define RFQ project milestones.
  • Receive & analyze engineering inputs: BOM, 3D drawing, Volumes, Mechanical design
  • Provide systematic Manufacturing cost & pricing in due time for the APR review.
  • Submit optimum CaPex to offer the best quotes to customers
  • Make an update for the released studies vs new product design over the project RFQ lifetime
  • Assess new synergies from stakeholders and apply it in term of CaPex improvement and surplus opportunities
  • Lead the packaging proposal & have it costed
  • Submit transport cost and elaborate the manufacturing flow chart
  • Deliver Manufacturing inputs to program management for the face to face meeting with customer.
  • Fine-tune the plant saturation for surplus reuse /Capex optimization and space

Position Requirements:

  • Experience in similar position

We are currently looking for talented Project Quality Engineer to ensure all related quality tasks during process of development and industrialization of the product tacking in charge the project milestone

Missions:

Ensure weekly PPAP checklist preparation for 100% projects:

– PFMEA,DFMEA,Control plan,Process flow chart,Work instructions…

– Participate in the planning to industrialization of the project phases

– Weekly involvement into the meetings with program manager- Product engineering & Customer

– Internal Monthly review with manufacturing team (Production-maintenance & engineering) to collect Data and input for the PPAP Checklist

Lead Customer Audit Preparation from Planning to industrialization

– Lead at least 1 customer Audit during 2017 and participate actively to all other customer audits with the PPAP Team

– Communication with all involved departments to ensure proper follow up for the preparation prior the customer audit

– Weekly follow up on actions prior to the customer audit and ensure to close all open points at time

– Lead customer communication to prepare all the required documents and actions to be in place during the audit and translate product/process customer requirement to the plant.

Ensure PDCA methodology application for all projects milestones

– Lead Lesson Learned activity with all involved team

– Lead Quality Risk Assessment to avoid any issue during project phases and share in weekly basis a reporting to Regional APQP Responsible

– Ensure on weekly basis to close the Quality deliverables into the LPMP profile

– Participate with the involved team in the elaboration of the PFMEA.

– Lead in weekly basis to close the PPAP deliverables into customer portals
