Profil recherché :
- Technicien IT ( Bac + 3 )
- 2 ou 3 ans d’expérience minimum dans l’industrie
Mission :
- Support informatique aux utilisateurs.
- Utilisation du système des gestion des incidents.
- Amélioration continue des indicateurs de performance liés au helpdesk IT.
- Suivi des travaux informatique avec les prestataires.
- Gestion des mises à jour sécurité, et des correctifs Windows.
- Installation des applications, suivi des licences des softwares, et gestion de la maintenance et des mises à jour applicatives.
- Collaborer et participer aux actions administratives avec les différents équipes IT locales et régionales.
- Participer activement dans les nouveaux projets IT.
- Proposer et initier les améliorations dans le parc informatique.
Connaissances techniques
- Windows 7 et outils de déploiement du poste de travail.
- Maitrise des outils bureautique Microsoft.
- Administration Réseau Cisco.
- Administration Windows server.
- Antivirus McAfee

We are hiring now for Rabat Engineering Center new Engineering Product Leader to lead new project & launches. Looking for an experienced Engineer, ideally with an Embeded system background, fluent english speaking and electronic knowledge.
Main missions:
- Developing and delivering cost competitive designs on time, on budget, on quality target, meeting the customer requirements (Flawless Product Development and Launch).
- Leading the Product Engineering for Valls Projects on Awarded SJB’s/BCM’s/JB’s and PSC’s through development, launch and current production.
The position is responsible for:
- Engineering customer interface.
- Project Engineering budget, forecast and expense control(resources, expenses and CAPEX)
- Organizing and leading engineering deliverables and execution.
- Leading and follow-up eng. Meetings, internally (Lear) and externally (Customer.
- Leading, control and execution of Engineering Open Issues list.
- Leading Design to cost.
- Leading BOM and having visibility over component costs, to support achievement of product competitiveness targets / CTO roadmaps / material cost / MTS…
- Leading technical evaluation of product changes (ECR, PCR,…).
- Managing Engineering risk that could affect project milestones.
- Actively participation on engineering process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Development and Implementation of Dashboards including KPIs, control charts per project.

Your missions:
- Skilled use of CATIA V5 (CATIA V6 and/or NX is valuable). Knowledge of skeleton technic in CATIA V5.
- Able to read and understand customer product requirements and apply and justify them over the own mechanical design.
- Develop the product design to fulfill customer requirements & Use all internal quality tools and procedures on all designs
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive technical feedback to team.
- Support Technical revisions with customer
- Skilled in aluminum parts design for cooling proposes, stamped and forged.
- Skilled in plastic tooled parts
- Daily cross functional work with teams and peers in Spain, Germany and US
- Participation and collaboration with Global Mechanical design areas.
- Participation and collaboration with project team
To be successful for this role:
- Engineering/Master Degree – Mechanics/Embedded systems
- Significant experience (5 years minimum) in a similar activity (Automotive/Industry/Electronics)
- Leadership Skills required for leading and coordinating small/medium team and support the activity growth
- Fluent English required
- Team Work & Customer focus approach
