To support our development in Morocco, we are recruiting an Area Sales Professional for our Business Unit: Process and Drive – Digital Factory who will be responsible for the planning and the execution of sales targets and activities in a specified region for the portfolio of a unit in order to increase sales with all kinds of potential customers and to achieve defined commercial targets.

• Plans sales volumes and potentials of all assigned customers.
• Provides information via CRM for forecasts and planning and ensure the follow up.
• Analyzes and evaluates markets (both technology and product portfolio) and needs of potential or existing customers.
• Spots opportunities for local product and service portfolio solutions.
• Prepares customer contact, builds and maintains a customer focused network.
• Prepares / coordinates and negotiates proposals in cooperation with proposal mgmt / other involved professionals and management.
• Coordinates the realization of assignments, may coordinate and contribute to set up respective product developments, projects or services programs.
• Completes sales and revenue related key reporting.
• Contributes to the development of After-Market business for the assigned customers.
• May act as a point of contact to customers in commercial matters and influences collaboration within the organization to secure customer support.

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical Engineering / Industrial Automation.
• 2-4 years of experience in the same position or equivalent acquired in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Food and/or Automotive Industry
• Minimum knowledge of Siemens Product (SIMATIC, Drives & Automation, industrial networks…).
• Knowledge of the country-wide Service & Customer Support requirements.
• Respects internal values and working atmosphere of commitment, team work spirit, openness to new ideas and strong motivation.
• Strategic skills to make plans and take actions in alignment to the country business orientation.
• Ability to sell, hard negotiator, with deal closing capabilities.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to deal with, customers and staff at all levels.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in SAP.
• Fluent in English, French and Arabic.
• Demonstrate proficient knowledge of computer systems MS Office, Word and Excel, databases, and programs.
• Demonstrate ability to work professionally with both internal and external customers

• Responsible for daily logitic operations on site – especially in the storage area
• Making sure that all tools and parts are on stock in due time
• Responsible for having the correct documentation for goods (receiving, shipping and on site)
• Making sure equipment is calibrated as per given standards
• Preparing shipment of return goods, making the receive check in material handling tool (e.g. SMT).
• Support on-job-training for new LC trainees
• Instructs, shares knowledge within area of responsibility.
• Delegate multiple tasks to- among others 3rd party workers/technicians and deal with high pressure situations.
• Responsible for the site de mob / mob to include supervision for 3rd party workers technicians.
• Ability to delegate multiple tasks and deal with high pressure situations.
• Solid SAP user and able to instruct co-workers on the transactions codes in SAP
• Full understanding of parts catalogue along with sub supplier information.
• Ability to directly contact suppliers for ad hoc requests. Understand the 3D drawing system.
• Ability to drive and implement a functional stock system from setting up spreadsheet inventory to optimum layout and space utilisation. Future SMT
• Access and ability to use FIELD ID to monitor in conjunction with SAP the rental tools.

• Ensure that correct waste management is conducted and storage / disposal meets
• EHS requirements.
• Recieve and return all TEQ, rental tools, site stock. Ensure that all of the site is cleared and that project is not commercially exposed

• To ensure that all Siemens Quality standards and requirements are met on their assigned projects. Responsible for Contract Implementation and for ensuring that all work is performed in agreement with all SWP standards incl. QA regulations. To ensure the Quality Plans and documentation fulfil the contractual requirements.
• Implement project specific Quality Plan.
• Responsible for monitoring and assessing Quality performance on site and assisting the Site Manager to implement improvement plans, as well as driving the ongoing Zero Defect culture within Siemens Wind Power.
• Internal: PM, APM, Site Manager, Site Installation Lead, Commissioning and Completion Lead, EHS Advisors, Engineering.
• External: Customer, Civil Contractor, Sub Contractors.
• Act as an advisor to the Site Management Team on all Quality matters.
• Be a role model for Zero Harm and Zero Defect and Siemens Quality Standards, ensuring that you lead by example at all times.

• Experience of working as a Quality Inspector within the Renewables Industry.
• Preferably experience working on large scale projects.
• Excellent presentation and communications skills
• Excellent people and team working skills, the ability to demonstrate experience of working with different cultures would be preferable
• Experience in leading, advising and coaching people on construction site.
• To work on a rotational work pattern within Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Excellent level of fitness – there will be regular climbing involved in monitoring WTG work teams.

• Ensures that Siemens Gamesa complies with local Health, Safety and Environmental Legislation, Siemens Gamesa standards and Site requirements on a day to day basis.
• The person in this position also collaborates with Siemens Gamesa contractors in order to achieve these EHS requirements.
• Implement project specific EHS Plan and Emergency Response Plan.  Responsible for monitoring and assessing safety performance on site and assisting the Site Manager to implement improvement plans, as well as driving the ongoing Zero Harm safety culture.
• Act as an advisor to the Site Management Team on all EHS matters.
• Be a role model for Zero Harm and Siemens Gamesa EHS Standards, ensuring that behavioural safety and leadership is demonstrated at all times.

• Experience of working as an EHS Advisor within the Renewables Industry or experience in other high risk industries such as Construction / Oil and Gas / Marine Operations.
• Preferably experience working on large scale projects.
• Excellent presentation and communications skills
• Excellent people and team working skills, the ability to demonstrate experience of working with different cultures would be preferable
• Experience in leading, advising and coaching people on construction site.
• To work on a rotational work pattern within Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Internationally recognised EHS certification and qualification required.

(UKIE specific – Significant knowledge of CDM / PSCS regulations and Environmental requirements relating to construction projects with relevant EHS certification and qualification (ie. NEBOSH Construction, NVQ5, NEBOSH Diploma, BSc Hons)
