Agent de Reservation & Billetterie (Marrakech)

Descriptif de poste :

  • Effectuer les réservations pour les clients passagers, 
  • Émettre les billets et collecter les paiements.
  • Promouvoir les nouveaux produits et services de la compagnie.
  • Développer de bonnes relations avec les passagers pour les fidéliser. 
  • Promouvoir les services Auxiliaires de la compagnie.

Profil recherché :

  • Bac+2 
  • Bonne maîtrise de l’arabe et du français, Niveau acceptable en anglais. 
  • Bonnes connaissances en informatique et bureautique
  • Bonne connaissance en géographie pour conseiller les clients sur les itinéraires/destinations.

Profile
