Our DIVISION is looking for a Quality APU ( autonomous production unit) to be based at its Plant at SALE/RABAT.
The Quality APU is responsible for implementing process control programs that will assure production of finished goods that meet or exceed customer-specified requirements. He/she leads continuous improvements by utilizing the appropriate quality tools and provide data analysis.
The main missions of the role are to:
- Conduct multiple projects simultaneously ranging from feasibility phase to post launch quality assessment and throughout production life
- Facilitate Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) with Engineering in conjunction with advanced quality-planning activities and monitor the status throughout production life
- Develop, implement and maintain Statistical Process Control techniques
- Assure compliance of the documented quality system (QS 9000/TS16949) and promote consistency throughout the organization
- Conduct investigations to determine causes of defects, make recommendations for corrective action
- Maintain customer complaint log and facilitate and participated in the corrective action process
- Instruct and train personnel in techniques and use of audit and testing devices
- Monitor and revise quality documentation as required
- Visit customers and suppliers when necessary. Acts as a liaison to internal and external customers
- Review all production methods for compliance to quality standards and for improvement of product and quality standards
- Perform all responsibilities with QS9000/TS16949 system requirements
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Master degree/ Quality Engineering
- Minimum of three (3) years automotive experience
- Strong analytical and proven team oriented problem solving-skills required.
- Strong customer satisfaction orientation.
- In-depth knowledge of quality engineering techniques
- In-depth knowledge of Metrology
- Above average communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (English required)

Warehouse manager
Our division is looking for a Warehouse Manager for its Production site in Sale/ Rabat. A Warehouse Manager is accountable for inventory accuracy and standard processes compliance.
He/She ensures that production line is delivered on time, Customer shipment is done on time, within expected cost performance.
The main missions of the role are to :
▪ Control logistics processes: (yard/exteriors management, receiving, delivery to lines, bookings, TPA preparation, alert management, cycle counting in all warehouse locations under plant supervision) with strong relationship with material planners and master scheduler.
▪ Ensure full inventory accuracy through proper analysis in case deviance.
▪ Ensure internal customer satisfaction: supervise day to day warehousing activities with strong relationship with shop floor supervisors, anticipate ressources with customer requirements (PIC/PDP), manage impact of launch of new programs within the warehouse.
▪ Improve logistics performance: surface optimization, labor efficiency, handling utilisation, HSE, alert management with strong support from PC&L improvement coordinator as well as other plant functions (Quality, FES, ME, Finance).
▪ Lead the warehouse logistics team and set objectives.
▪ Ensure adequate staffing, training and development of team members.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics..
▪ Experience (more than 5 years) in production in an industrial environment
▪ Minimum bi-lingual (English required)

Our division is looking for a customer contact for its production site at SALE.
The Customer Contact is responsible for developing the customer satisfaction by relying on a controlled production process.
The main missions of the role are to:
- Be the main representative of the plant to the customer
- Organize and participate to all technical meetings with the customer (Solve technical problems, manage changes, progress path,…) and ensure all validations as required by customer are completed
- Audit all related storage sites and the Customer assembly line in order to ensure the compliant use of our products
- Define and enforce the scale of demerit products coherent with the customer’s specifications
- Manage and guarantee resolution of customers concerns on a daily basis working closely with Production Quality ( Incident analysis, Action plan,…)
- Validate the packaging range and accept the packaging range
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial environment (ideally in the automotive industry)
- Minimum 3 years of project experience
- Good knowledge of Program standards, tools and methods
- Strong Customer satisfaction orientation
- Minimum bi-lingual ( English is required)
- Above average communication skills and interpersonal skills
