Maintenance Supervisor

New exciting position in Rabat Electronic plant as Maintenance Manager. You will be in charge of managing maintenance Team, ensure 100% production support and maximum equipment availability, schedule preventive maintenance tasks, supervise curative maintenance actions and ensure spare parts availability. You will also lead maintenance costs optimazation, interventions duration, and improve equipment productivity.

Your missions:

Manage, plan coordinate, organizes and controls all preventive and corrective maintenance activities at plant level.
Propose modifications in the machinery and equipment to improve operatively, reduce maintenance cost and improve safety.
Lead the new contruction projects that imply works and coordinate maintenance technicians and suppliers.
Keep update the official document file related to works ans installations projects
Make sur that all employees performe their duties in comiance with rules and regulations
Encourage employees to be involved in the energy, environment, safety and health program

To be successful for this role:

Industrial Engineer
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar position
Higher degree in labor Risk prevention
Strong knowledge in maintenance & manufacturing electronics areas
Knowledge of preventive maintenance
Knowledge in team management
Reporting analysis
Ability to prioritize work

Nous recrutons pour notre site sur Technopolis une Infirmière santé au travail dont le travail consiste essentiellement à faire de la prévention, à seconder le médecin du travail et à gérer les urgences qui peuvent arriver dans l’entreprise

Vos missions:

• Contribuer à la protection de la santé physique et mentale des salariés sur les lieux de travail en collaboration étroite avec le Médecin du Travail ;

• Participer à la surveillance de la santé des salariés selon les protocoles établis par le médecin du travail et la gestion des dossiers médicaux ;

• Reporter les indicateurs de santé au Travail au Coordinateur SSE ;

• Prendre en charge les soins d’urgences selon les protocoles établis par le coordinateur SSE ;

• Proposer, organiser, mettre en place et enregistrer des actions de prévention sur des registres spécifiques ;

• Contribuer aux études de postes et analyse des risques industriels ;

• Sensibiliser les salariés à la prévention du risque.

Profil recherché:

• Bac + diplôme (Infirmière/Infirmière auxiliaire)

• Connaissance de Microsoft Office (World, Excel, Outlook …) est obligatoire.

• Maîtrise du Français est obligatoire.

• Connaissance en anglais est un plus.

• Une première expérience est souhaitée.

New exciting position in Kenitra Wiring Plant! We are hiring LP Process engineer to Set and optimize the process flow in the pre-assembly area & ensure the equipment and tools related to the process (Storage, Handling, Feeding…etc)

Your missions:

Plan, organize, direct and control the activities of his zone in order to provide support in technical production facilities to other engineering, maintenance and production areas.
Manage and monitor the development of specific resources and manufacturing procedures.
Participate jointly with the technical staff, the customers, the suppliers in the development and the modifications of the machines and tools necessary for the manufacture, by presenting proposals for improvement while informing themselves of the evolution of the products and the future needs of the company.
In conjunction with the quality, ensure the health and safety coordinator of the performances and the approval of the machines.
To study the procedures for making proposals concerning the adaptation of machines and the adoption of adequate technical means for mass production.
Collaborate with other engineering and production areas for lay-out changes.
Be responsible for the coordination between the different areas of the plant involved in projects assigned to it

To be successful for this role:

Strong in knowledge inUCS trolley ( operational ),UCS LP trolley( operational) ,LP trolley ( operational) ,Assembly trolley ( new design )
Expertise in process Engineering tools like PFMEA
Demonstrated expertise in problem solving
Ability to work in a high-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization.
Expertise in Analyzing and studying of space optimization at KANBAN Rack
