Job description
Missions :
– Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times in the Bakery Section
– Manage and motivate the Bakery team to meet sales targets and margin and ensure efficiency.
– Manage and ensure proper stock management (stock value, control out of stock, orders, near expired & merchandise deliveries) in coordination with the section supervisors.
– Analyse the competition pricing and promotional activities to ensure competitive advantage. (daily basis in Market)
– Ensure the Freshness of product display during the day by controlling production date hour & visual aspect of products.
– Manage and control attractive displays and correct pricing are implemented at all times.
– Establish attractive display implementation of merchandise inside the section.
– Ensure all hygiene, safety requirements and standards of preparation, preservation and necessary packaging are adhered.
– Negotiate internal promotions with the supplier to enforce the image of discount inside the section.
– Ensure proper trainings to the team in order to improve their skills.

Missions :
The Store manager is the direct manager of each Carrefour Market Branch. He is in charge of looking after all the employees in the store that is under his responsibility.
– Ensure the assortment proposed by the merchandising team and selected by the stores is optimal
– Liaise with logistic to optimize the service level to stores
– Ensure the promotion is 100% implemented in concerned store
– Analyse the promotional results to optimize the commercial attractiveness of our supermarkets
