Technicien Process Coupe
Lear corporation Trim Tanger offre une nouvelle opportunité de se joindre à son équipe à travers le poste de Technicien Process Coupe.

Missions :
- Etudier les éléments de fabrication et définir les procédés, les modes opératoires et les moyens de production.
- Maîtriser les techniques de calcul de la capacité/charge de production.
- Définir et mettre à jour les temps standards de coupe.
- Etablir et participer à la rédaction des cahiers des charges pour l’acquisition des équipements et outillages de production.
- Repérer et analyser les dysfonctionnements, prendre des mesures correctives et surveiller leur mise en œuvre.
- Analyser les fiches techniques de coupe pour améliorer les performances (temps, coût, qualité…) en travaillant sur les paramètres des machines et les règles de CAO.
- Définir et améliorer en permanence les paramètres standards de coupe associés à chaque type de matière (sur LECTRA ; GERBER …).
- Participer au lancement des nouveaux projets (ou des changements ingénierie) en définissant le process de coupe adéquate.
- Assurer le support technique aux différents départements : production, logistique, qualité, Maintenance…
- Proposer et piloter des améliorations process et suivre les indicateurs relatifs à l’activité du service.
- Définir les layouts (nouvelles zones de production, réimplantation …) et assurer la mise en place des équipements à base de ces lay-out.
Competences & experience:
- Bac+2 minimum (Technique)
- Justifier au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire de préférence dans l’industrie automobile.
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel…), outils de conception (CATIA, AUTOCAD) …
- Esprit d’initiative et d’analyse.
Language Skills:
- Maîtrise de la langue française, l’anglais est souhaitable.

Engineering Process Coordinator
Your missions:
- Determine space requirements for several functions and plans, improve production methods including lay-out, tooling, production equipment, material and assembly methods, and manpower requirements.
- Works in conjunction with planning and design staff to configure the product and tooling to ensure efficiency in the means of production.
- determine the production time and identifies the necessary methods to optimize the production program.
- Identify jointly with the production manager the tools needed to make changes in the production, taking into account the environmental aspects.
- Apply statistical methods to make estimates of production potential for future orders.
- He oversees the monitoring of the Quality Plan of the company in order to optimize production methods and processes.
- Inform the head of the engineering department of the company about the manufacturing capacity in front of the production program and any problems to facilitate decision-making.
- He is responsible for detecting with the central engineering of any new developments of tools and machinery in order to optimize the manufacturing process.

Supply Analyst
Your missions:
- Manage the supply of materials that correspond to the assigned suppliers and that are necessary for manufacturing, in accordance with the guidelines of the Chief Procurement Officer, with the objective of obtaining in the suppliers’ deliveries the standard levels of quality and service as well as Costs consistent with the objectives of the companies
- Be responsible for ensuring that the supply of the materials of the supplier (s) assigned by the person in charge of the supplies is in conformity with the needs of my manufacture, on time.
- Ensure the follow-up and the necessary steps to ensure the time of reception of the material of the supplier (s) assigned, so that any failure likely to occur in the procedure is brought to the knowledge of the planning department, in order to prevent any failure towards the customers.
- Be responsible for the management and inventory analysis of the materials of the supplier (s) assigned.
- Carries out the simulations and the analyzes necessary in order to foresee sufficiently « breaks » of stocks or the creation of excess material of the supplier (s) assigned in advance, in collaboration with the decomposition planning and takes the necessary corrective measures.
- Be the interlocutor of the department of quality control, for the batches of material rejected, and undertakes the appropriate approaches with a view to their solution.
- Ensure the respect of the commitments signed or agreed by the Purchasing Department with the supplier (s) assigned with regard to the supply, and communicates to him any anomaly.

Program/Launch Manager
You will be responsible of the following:
- Achieve Program’s objectives according Budgets/PAR/ Company goals
- Assure production and deliveries at top quality level and in strict accordance with customer’s expectation for Quality, delivery and Service
- Create a team working atmosphere between members, ensuring that experience is transferred between projects
- Support Program Manager monitoring program profitability during launch phases with inputs from Operation
- Plan launch cost as input for program APR/PAR
- Support definition of the Manufacturing Footprint specific for the launch and get them updated regularly at planning and at execution level as well specific for Manning and Tooling and Equipment readiness.
- Support Program Management/Sales for PAR preparation/approval providing Manufacturing/Operation inputs
- Work out and implement new process flow introducing all targeted global and regional innovation and Best Practices
- Co-operation with Lead Units` teams
- On time launch of new projects
Main Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive, (wiring activity preffered) at least 5 years.
- Proven Leadership experience, managing a team for at least 3 years
- Project management proven experience

Senior Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering Manager
You will be responsible of the following:
- Coordinate the African wiring Plant Engineering Teams (South Africa & Morocco)
- Standardize and innovate the manufacturing Tools and Equipment
- Standardize and innovate the manufacturing processes.
- Plant Development, work out and implement new process flow introducing all targeted global and regional innovation and Best Practices
- Control Manufacturing Tools and Equipment inventories and capex spending’s best utilizing Lear assets.
- Support / train plant engineering teams improving existing manufacturing systems utilizing new global and regional innovations
- Sustain one global Continuous Improvement strategy, objectives and supporting organizational structure
- On time launch of new projects and conduct Plants Launch Readiness Reviews
