– Chargé d’affaires sur Casablanca, avec un diplôme d’ingénieur grandes écoles (EMI, EHTP, ENIM ou équivalent) et une expérience commerciale entre 1 et 3 ans max dans le domaine de l’Industrie.
– Contrôleur de gestion sur Casablanca, avec un Bac+5 (ISCAE ou ENCG) et une formation en Comptabilité, Finance, Gestion. – Comptable sur Casablanca, avec 15 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire.
– Commercial lubrifiant, avec un bac+2/+3 et un bon français. Une expérience dans les lubrifiants est exigée.
– 5 Commerciaux dans la vente de farine et semoule sur les villes suivantes : Tanger, Meknès, Kenitra, Larache et Souk Larbaa. Avec un bac+2 et une expérience commerciale réussie. Des connaissances dans les minoteries seraient un plus.

- Lead the testing and operational configuration of the TOS together with the planning manager
- Lead the parameters setting and deployment of the TOS optimization modules Expert Decking, Primeroute and Autostow
- Actively support the TOS emulation exercise as well as all related activities
- Design the yard strategy for the terminal with due consideration of efficiency, effectiveness and safety
- Develop a sound understanding of the automation approach including the modus operandi of the various automated equipment with of focus on how they interact with the TOS
- Ensure all TOS configuration and associated knowledge is thoroughly documented
- Support in further defining planning processes as and where required
- Support in coaching new planning staff during the ramp up period
- Maintain a yard set up which supports the terminals need for a targeted operational performance
- Control yard space allocation and ensure timely adjustments are made
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of the yard strategy and ensure corrective actions are timely taken
- Train and coach yard planning staff
- Monitor Automated equipment adherence to strict execution of TOS work instructions and liaise with IT and Technical departments for follow up
- Follow all safety regulations while working in the terminal area and to address person’s they encounter who are not complying with terminal safety regulations
- Be actively involved in continuous improvement projects to support the achievement of targeted volume and productivity levels
- Perform other duties as required
Who we are looking for
- Requires a bachelor or master degree in logistics, Information technology, applied economy or any other relevant field
- Requires at least 7 years of experience in container terminal operations environment preferably in a large transshipment facility
- Previous experience as a yard strategist is a must
- Requires in depth knowledge of Navis N4, its associated optimization and automation modules
- Previous experience in an (semi) automated terminal is a differentiator
- Understands safety regulations, safe working procedures and safe materials handling procedures
- Lean Six sigma green belt certification will be an advantage
- Requires advanced level of verbal and written communications skills in English.
