Descriptif du poste

Mission: Plans and executes sales targets and activities in a specified sector for the full portfolio of energy management in order to increase sales with all kinds of potential customers and to achieve defined commercial targets.

Position Description:

  • Plans sales volumes and potentials of all customers
  • Provides information via CRM for forecasts and planning.
  • Analyzes the specific market conditions and builds a sound market related network of stakeholders.
  • Spots opportunities for local product and service portfolio solutions
  • Prepares / coordinates and negotiates proposals in cooperation with proposal management / other involved professionals and management.
  • Coordinates the realization of assignments, may coordinate and contribute to set up respective product developments, projects or services programs.
  • Completes sales and revenue related key reporting.
  • Contributes to the development of After-market business.
  • May act as a point of contact to customers in commercial matters and influences collaboration within the organization to secure costumer support.

What do I need to qualify for this job ?

  1. Master Degree in management, engineering or equivalent.
  2. Knowledge of relevant environment in Morocco.
  3. Minimum of 5 years experience in a direct and/or indirect sales position.
  4. Can speak English /French (Mandatory)/Arabic (Preferable).Personal Aptitudes:
  1. Respects internal values and working atmosphere of commitment, team work spirit, openness to new ideas and strong motivation.
  2. Strategic skills to make plans and take actions in alignment to the country business orientation.
  3. Ability to sell, Hard negotiator, with deal closing capabilities.
  4. Good communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to deal with, customers and staff at all levels.
  5. Knowledge of the country-wide Service & Customer Support requirements.
  6. Innovative with result and quality orientation.
