Vos principales missions :
•Coordonner les programmes suivis avec l’équipe Engineering et les autres
•Départements de l’usine.
•Suivi des échantillons et de prototypes, ainsi que de leur évaluation par le client, et coordonner les nouveaux changements avec les départements Achat et Qualité.
• Appliquer et lancer les programmes approuvés pour réduire les coûts de production via l’amélioration des produits ou des technologies dans les installations, ainsi que dans les processus, les machines et les outils, en prenant la responsabilité de la réalisation des plans d’amélioration de la productivité qui lui sont confiées.
•Il est responsable de l’industrialisation des produits qui lui sont assignés.
•Suivi hebdomadaire des projets, ainsi que ses paramètres et les plans d’amélioration (Capex, timing, trials…)
Votre profil:
•De formation Ingénieur, Bac+5 (de préférence technique).
•Esprit de communication + Maitrise du français et de l’anglais (Obligatoire à l’écrit et l’oral).
•Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, capacité de travailler sous pression, esprit d’équipe, Orienté Résultat et Satisfaction client.
•Expérience antérieure similaire d’au moins 3 ans

- Prendre des décisions relatives à la qualité du produit (8D et des graphiques de qualité).
- Atteindre les objectifs de la productivité, contrôler les incidences proposer certaines

Votre profil:
- BAC+2 (DUT ou BTS) Diplôme de préférence technique.

An exciting position as « Cost Estimator Engineer » in Tangier is waiting for you, as the business has seen significant . You will provide accurate, independent and realistic cost estimates and financial information to enable Management and Sales make informed decisions.
MAIN MISSIONS AND RESPONSABILITIES:
- Prepare cost estimates and financial information for trim and foam programs in response to RFQ/ECN requests
- Liaise with Sales, Purchasing, Program, Engineering and Plant to cost requests and their content
- Hold full estimating accountability for programs and engineering changes to current production
- Run technical and cost walks to provide Management and Sales with the proper data on variances
- Run APR/business analysis for new and current programs
- Participate on cost reduction exercises VA/VE/CTO and conduct product analysis and calculate cost reductions
- Proactively communicate and collaborate across regions and teams within Global Costing Group
- Partner with Sales to identify opportunities to gain margin on engineering changes
KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Bachelor/Master in Engineering
- Experience required and mandatory of 5 Years (minimum) in a similar position in automotive (Seating)
- Extensive knowledge of Seating /Automotive components within the automotive background
- Experience with VA/VE activities
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Costing experience with up to date market knowledge
- Good computer skills – MS Office , costing and accounting
- Strong technical English and French
Preferred:
- Understanding of manufacturing costs and their construction
- Experience with a Seat Manufacturer
- Understanding of customer specific issues

Your missions:

- Develop the product design to fulfill customer requirements & Use all internal quality tools and procedures on all designs
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive technical feedback to team.
- Support Technical revisions with customer
- Skilled in aluminum parts design for cooling proposes, stamped and forged.
- Skilled in plastic tooled parts
- Daily cross functional work with teams and peers in Spain, Germany and US
- Participation and collaboration with Global Mechanical design areas.
- Participation and collaboration with project team
To be successful for this role:
- Engineering/Master Degree – Mechanics/Embedded systems
- Significant experience (5 years minimum) in a similar activity (Automotive/Industry/Electronics)

Essential Skills/Experience:
