💡 𝑲𝒆𝒚 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔
– 𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 :
Evaluate the feasibility of requested design and process changes;
Lead the implementation of changes within specified timelines;
– 𝐁𝐎𝐌 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 :
Oversee and control Bill of Materials (BOM) activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency;
– 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 :
Identify opportunities for process optimization and waste reduction;
Conduct root cause analysis and implement process monitoring systems;
Lead and manage continuous improvement projects;
– 𝐏𝐅𝐌𝐄𝐀 𝐃𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 :
Lead the creation and maintenance of Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) documents to identify and mitigate potential process failures.

– Engineering degree or master’s degree;
– Minimum of 2 years in a similar position within the automotive sector;
