We are looking for the following job position at Yazaki Morocco Kenitra : Account Payable ‘AP’ Senior Specialist
– Level of studies : Bac+5 in Finance & Accountant with minimum 5 years’ experience in similar position ; Fluent English is mandatory
– Main responsibilities :
*Manage resources in an efficient way
*Ensure that AP daily tasks are performed in accordance with target and group accounting policies
*Support & Coach AP team for daily tasks
*Provide Finance input for FA Movement (TCL, Mvt template, Disposal template)
*Collect data from FA Owners for FA subledger Update
*FA subledger update (input required change/retirement)
*Fill Template for labels creation
*Print Asset Labels

Level of studies : Bac+5 in Finance & Controlling with minimum 5 years’ experience in similar position ; Fluent English is mandatory
Main responsibilities :
· Monthly closing : Ensure Preparing SKF for finance department and gathering all department SKFs and upload it in the system
· Budget controlling : Supervise Analyzing the discrepancies between the actual and budget · BU Analysis : Ensure Analyzing the results at each month end
· Review the forecast result on a weekly basis
